Research

xxxx This project was unique as we started from ethnographic research under the guidance of Dr Brendon Clark and Dr Aditya Pawar. Our initial brief was to simply investigate a community and see where it goes... We chose to explore communities that live off the land. nume was the result.

Observations and interviews

Probing

This probe gave us an opportunity to quickly explore how people might like to engage with their food. From our conversations, we found out that people have more motives of understanding how food affects them than growing their food.

Discovering that people are disconnected from the knowledge about food, farming and needs of their own body.

DESIGN GOALS

Action.png

Translating nutrition into actions
Knowing that a banana contains 422 mg of potassium is not very helpful for the user. But the information that your low potassium might be the cause of the lack of energy and it can be fixed by adding some bananas to your diet sounds much better.
